2025/26 season are now available!
Building on the success of last season’s trial carpool program, and in an effort to provide more options for our guests, this winter we are introducing new updates to the parking and arrivals experience in resort-operated lots. This expanded parking program is part of ongoing efforts to improve the parking and arrivals experience for our community and guests, and to continue to encourage more sustainable travel.
WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW ABOUT RESERVE 'N SKI PARKING RESERVATIONS?

FREE Reserve 'N Ski parking reservations for carpooling and general parking are coming to Upper Lots 6-8 and Creekside Parkade on weekends and holiday Mondays.

Parking reservations will remain free all season long.

You can hold two active reservations at a time.

The lots will also continue to offer first-come, first-served parking and drop-off parking for our Whistler Kids programs.

Information on how to make reservations will be shared closer to the start of the season.

In addition to the lots owned by Whistler Blackcomb, there are a number of paid parking lots that provide access to the resort owned by the municipality. Those lots include 1-5, and information about the municipality’s parking policies. CLICK HERE for Map 'N Park.
Options Without a Parking Reservation or Carpool:
We have preserved free general occupancy, first come, first served options for guests who prefer flexible, no-reservation parking. These options will be available in the following areas:

In addition, the Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) operates Lots 1-5, which offers paid options for parking. It also has a useful “Where to Park in Whistler” resource on its website.

WHEN DO YOU NEED A RESERVE 'N SKI PARKING RESERVATIONS?

Reserve 'N Ski parking reservations are required from opening day through to April 5, 2026, on weekends, holiday Mondays and the and the peak holiday period of December 25, 27–31, 2025.

Parking reservations are required between 6 AM and 11 AM.

You must arrive to your specific parking location by 11 AM.

You can cancel your parking reservation by 8 AM on the date of your reservation.

You can make license plate changes up to 8 AM on the date of your reservation.

After 11 AM on these days, the lots will open to all vehicles without the need for a reservation and regardless of the number of passengers in the vehicle.

RESERVE 'N SKI PARKING RESERVATIONS: QUICK Q & A

When do I need to have a Reserve 'N Ski parking reservation?
Reserve 'N Ski parking reservations are required between 6 AM and 11 AM from opening day through to April 5, 2026, on weekends, holiday Mondays and the and the peak holiday period of December 27–31, 2025.
Do I need to arrive by a certain time on the day of my reservation?
Yes. You must arrive to your specific parking location by 11 AM. After 11 AM on these days, the lots will open to all vehicles without the need for a reservation and regardless of the number of passengers in the vehicle.
How can I cancel my reservation and up until when can I do so?
Cancellations can be made up until 8 AM on the day of your parking reservation. To cancel your parking reservation:

Login to your Reserve 'N Ski account.

Select "Manage Parking Reservations" from the menu or "Manage Parking Session" on the page.

Select the "Active Parking Session" you need to cancel.

Click "Cancel Parking Reservation" and your parking reservation is cancelled!
What if I need to change the license plate on my reservation?
License plate changes can be made up until 8 AM on the day of your parking reservation. To add another vehicle's license plate:

Login to your Reserve 'N Ski account.

Select "Manage Parking Reservations" from the menu or "Manage Parking Sessions" on the page.

Select the "Active Parking Session" that requires a license plate change.

Select "Change Plate".

Select "Register Vehicle".

Select "Add New Vehicle".

Enter your license plate and click "Save".

On the confirmation window, if the plate information is correct, click "Yes, register this vehicle" and your license plate has been changed for that reservation.
What if I am driving a rental vehicle?
When you make your reservation, add your private vehicle license plate number to make the reservation. Once you have your rental vehicle, update your reservation to its license plate by 8 AM. To add your rental vehicle's license plate:
